2.) ADS—Especially Senior conGRADS.
See the links for ads info--you can download the order form to pay in school from the Advertising tab. Our book is funded through ads and book sales only—we appreciate your support! We are asking that you pay for your ad when purchasing. If you do not, you will be billed. Ad prices, unlike book prices, do not change across the year--order any time.
3.) SENIORS--upcoming due dates and watch for information in FLEX
Senior pictures (and baby pictures) should be emailed/submitted to Ms. Sponsler no later than Dec 1. [email protected]
You will also be receiving an email with a link to a Google form to fill out your senior quote, high school activities, and other info for the yearbook about you and your senior year. Watch for that to arrive later in October/November.
More Info on Pictures: You should be scheduling/completing appointments with photographers NOW. Your senior’s pictures will be due to the yearbook by the first of December. You can have your photographer email us a digital copy or they can provide you with a hard copy and/or a disk. (email below) A digital copy of the picture is easiest for us and results in the best quality picture in our book. We do not have many “requirements” for senior pictures but ask that pictures meet dress code and suggest a vertical pose for best results in fitting the image to the frame on our pages. Baby pictures to be used in the senior section are due at the same time—again, a digital copy is easiest but we can scan your original if necessary. There is a late fee assessed for those who submit pictures late--turn them in ASAP.
You also have the opportunity to put a ‘senior’ ad in the yearbook! Many parents want to put in a little “congrats” or a collection of baby and senior pictures to commemorate their senior’s graduation. You can create the ad yourself on your computer and send it in as a JPG or we can create it for you. A staff created ad will need you to send us your images and text. We always STRONGLY recommend that you don’t send the original (IE your ONLY copy!) of your pictures. Scanning them and/or submitting digital pictures is best. We can receive images via email at the address listed below OR you can save them on a disk or thumb drive and bring them in. If you are interested in purchasing an ad, these need to be turned into Ms. Sponsler ASAP.
You may also call and leave a message at the school I will get back with you as soon as possible, call Ms. Erika Sponsler’s room at 841-8201 but email is the easiest way to contact the yearbook at [email protected]
Thank you from the staff of The Pride.
